District 78 is having a contest to see who can make the hottest one minute video using our song Wanna Get Hype. Just download the song below, make your own video to the song, and post it to youtube as a response to our announcement video. The video with the most likes on October 31st 2011 will win a pair of Vlado shoes for everyone in the video up to 3 pair (and we’ll even sign them if you want). Second place will win copies of our album Radios At Reception.

Our worlds collide today when the LXD gets a feature on MTV’s The Seven. They’ll be showing a clip from Antigravity Heroes which features “Take Off” by Hellboy, which we produced.

You can hear the original song and the LXD remix here and they will be available on iTunes Tomorrow, October 27th (the same day as the premiere of Season 2 of the LXD).

A Touch of Fanny Coming August 17th 2010

We’ve got a lot happening this month and we’re gettin’ A.D.D.’d up about it!
Firstly, ya gotta check out today’s episode of the lxd cause we made a bunch of short songs for it. Also it stars T.V.’s Harry Shum and he’s an alright dancer.

Second, you gotta see step up 3d this weekend. We’ve got a few mixes in it and it looks redic! If you want to see it with us, we’ll be going to a sunday night showing somewhere in Hollywood. We’ll let you know where when we figure it out.

Third we have the Fanny Pak EP release and release party on Tuesday august 17th. Ya gotta cop that and come party with us. Party location and special guests will be announced shortly.

Also we have releases from m2c, young pops, and problem childz coming in the next couple weeks. Keep your eyes and ears peeled.

We just released some new tracks we produced for two of the great artists we work with… Jazmin & Turtleman!  You can find ‘em on iTunes, Amazon, Rhapsody and other online music retailers.  Enjoy!

If you don’t see your question there, please leave it as a comment here and we may eventually add it to our FAQ.

TAKE ME TO THE PREVIOUS SEASON MIXES YO!

Hey everybody!  First we wanna thank you all for your patience while we dealt with our website/database/server issues.  It’s been a MAJOR headache but we’ve got it under control now and you can expect regular updates… like the good ‘ol days.  (…plus a few new surprises along the way!)

Now, with the technical issues behind us, we’re still figuring out exactly how we want to organize the old mixes and post our new work so bear with us as we iron those details out.  While we’re doing this, you may see content move around or pages get renamed/moved… we’d rather have the content accessible to you NOW (since you’ve waited soooooo long ) than wait to have it organized “perfectly.”  We don’t expect this to take forever but in the meantime, utilize the search function and you’ll be able to find what you’re looking for.

Thanks again everyone!  We’re very excited to be back and looking forward to a great 2010!
